Our Service Delivery Model is ITIL-based containing the basic set of Service Support processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Configuration Management. Aside of these processes ITIL also supplies the necessary services for service delivery and continuity based upon the following processes: the Service Delivery Management, Availability Management and Capacity Management. All these can be incorporated in a Service Offering that can be customized towards the availability and service requirements the Customer sets for either an individual Service Unit or a class of Service Units.
In our Proposal we work ITIL v3 compliant meaning that we foresee all the roles and responsibilities that come with the ITIL v3 service framework.
